Our Client, a prestige dealership near Barnet North London have the requirement for a Car Sales Executive to join their team.
As a Car Sales Executive, you will be an integral member of the Company’s vision of cherishing its customers. You will understand how to deliver an industry-leading purchase experience; which ensure that customers remain Ambassadors of the Brand.
You will have the wants and needs of customer at the forefront of your interactions, and you will understand how to translate these into appropriate products and services. You will also understand how to translate these into appropriate products and services. You will also understand that your role is founded upon specific targets and you will be competent in managing and exceeding your targets, whilst maintaining the quality of the customer experience.
To thrive within a target-driven environment, you will have excellent skills of communication, persuasion and negotiation. You will be keen to develop win-win situations and bring a natural charisma to your role. The client will look at all Car Sales Executives and even outside of the industry as long as you can show a passion for selling cars, and understand the commitment and hours needed to do the job.
14 to 18k basic OTE up to 60k
Monday – Friday 08:30-1800, one late a week 1900
SaturdayDay off in week)
1 in 2 Sunday 1100-1600
