About the Role
Here at Manheim, we are now looking to appoint a Buyer Services Manager to provide support to our Bristol and Gloucester branches; ensuring the buyer experience and sales performance meets or exceeds our customers’ demands.
Working to Manheim internal standards at all times and in line with the Buyer Services strategy, you will utilise your understanding of the buyer base and deliver a world class customer service. Using company tools available to accumulate buyer information, you will develop and recruit a buyer base within your branch and across your region that allows you to deliver and meet the needs of the buyers, both short and long term, and therefore deliver company KPIs. You must develop robust relationships with your key customers and allocated portfolio, demonstrating knowledge and understanding of market trends and becoming a ‘trusted voice’ within the region to advise and enhance the customer experience.
We’re looking for a highly motivated and results driven individual who has a proven track record of delivering outstanding customer service. With previous experience of managing and motivating a team, you will be able to quickly foster good working relationships and harness networking opportunities. Able to deliver the buyer development strategy, with effective contribution across the region, you will meet buyer development targets and have a strong understanding of the Auction/Remarketing operational experience. Excellent problem-solving skills are a pre-requisite but sales experience would be a distinct advantage.
