Business Manager - Volvo Cambridge

The Role

We are seeking a Business Manager to join Marshall Motor Group’s Volvo dealership in Cambridge to sell finance, insurance, warranties and additional products to our customers. You must have previous experience in selling finance and insurance products.

The successful candidate be highly motivated and determined to be successful, with a high level of numerical skill. You will need to have the ability to generate sales using a pro-active and disciplined approach to meet clearly defined targets and objectives. You will be responsible for all business opportunities by developing close working relationships with the General Manager and Sales Team.

You will be required to work effectively to ensure industry leading standards of customer care and satisfaction is achieved and maintained.

Responsibilities

  • To maximise the profitable sales of finance and insurance products
  • To ensure compliance with FCA Regulation and BMW Financial Services Guidelines
  • To carry out the F&I training for the sales team
  • Monthly reporting of Finance and Insurance Performance
  • Assist in supervising and co-ordinating the activities of the Sales Team
  • To assist in the closing of vehicle sales and obtaining valuations for part exchanges
  • Manage the Sales Department in the absence of the Sales Manager

Required Skills and Experience

  • Driven and hardworking
  • Shows a ‘can-do’ approach
  • Strong team leader and naturally assertive
  • Ability to negotiate
  • Proven sales and finance results
