Our Business Managers are instrumental in driving the success of our sales team at Ellesmere Port Vauxhall and we want you to be a part of our team. Lookers Vauxhall are proudly offering a permanent Business Manager role with an excellent OTE of up to £50k! Not only are we offering an amazing opportunity to develop your sales career, we also offer manufacturers training and the chance to drive some of the best loved cars in the market.

Our sales team really are at the heart of ensuring our world-class service is delivered to every customer that visits our centre in Ellesmere Port. Our dealership is open from Mon to Fri 9-7, Saturday 8.30 - 5 and Sunday 10 - 4, we would require you to be flexible to work between these hours.

About you

As a business manager, you will support and manage your sales team to deliver first class customer service to all our Lookers Vauxhall customers. Vauxhall business managers have a natural flair when speaking to customers and have excellent negotiation skills. You will work alongside our sales executives to establish our customers' needs and wants when buying their new Vauxhall. Building relationships with our customers will be key to your success, so having excellent communication skills is essential as well as coaching and developing your people to ensure we deliver fantastic results.

Previous experience within a similar role is essential however if you are an experienced sales executive looking to take the next step in your career we want to hear from you.

A full UK licence is essential.
