MAIN PURPOSE OF JOB: To maintain a pro-active and disciplined approach to finance, insurance, and warranty sales, adhering strictly to all policies and FCA Regulations. Maximise all business opportunities by developing close working relationships with Line Manager and sales team. To work effectively within the dealership team to ensure industry leading standards of customer care and satisfaction are achieved and maintained at all times. This is a customer facing role.
JOB PROFILE & KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS Budget Management Achieve all F & I profit objectives. Keep debtors to a minimum as per Group objectives and policies. Prospecting Work with Line Manager and sales executives to identify potential retail customers and effectively implement a system to maintain regular and professional contact. Operating Controls Ensure the accurate and timely completion of all department administration and operational data complying at all times with Standards and dealership reporting policies. Achieve operating standards and operate within the law and current regulations at all times. Planning and Marketing Develop, in conjunction with Line Manager, a department marketing and publicity strategy to promote products and services effectively. Plan ahead and manage time carefully to ensure all tasks are achieved. Policies and Practices Strive to achieve a consistently high level of customer satisfaction by following all documented operating policies. Ensure all manufacturer, Group employment, FCA, environmental, Health & Safety policies and practices are strictly adhered to. Coach and develop the finance skills of the sales team through regular and measured training activity, in strict compliance with the FCA Regulations. Communication Brief the team regarding financial objectives and give regular feedback on achievements (where applicable). Develop and maintain professional working relationships with customers, dealership staff, suppliers, and external representatives.
