You’ll be an experienced Car Sales professional within a main franchised dealership looking for the next challenge. You’ll understand the sales process, the importance of presentation and profitability. A motivator and mentor you’ll know to get the best of your sales team. Principled and ethical you will ensure the customer gets the right and proper deal for them. This is a great opportunity to join one of the big five motor trader groups.

About You:
  • At least three years’ experience in car sales.
  • Familiar with F&I products and FCA licensed.
  • Full clean UK driving license.
  • A proven track record of managing people.
  • Good communicator.
  • Strong negotiator.
  • Willing to go extra mile for team and customers.
  • Financially astute.
