We're partnering with one of the world’s largest automotive service organisations which has gone through significant positive change in the last few years and to complement their growth and success, they are looking for a Business Development Manager - ideally with experience of selling into the dealer network.

The role will work across the businesses' retail solutions division and in collaboration with all areas of the company’s multiple channels - ultimately you'll be responsible for developing, facilitating and implementing remarketing strategies to a portfolio of dealer groups.

 

Business Development Manager - Home Based - Covering East/ South East

  • 40,000 - £45,000 Basic Salary depending on experience
  • Extensive Bonus Structure
  • 25 Days Holiday
  • Pension
  • Flex Bens Package

 

Whilst building networks and developing long-term relationships within the industry and prospects, you'll focus on the following:

  • Developing new relationships with AM200 dealer groups.
  • Work collaboratively with the Sales Director to formulate strategies for strengthening accounts and maximising the company’s potential to establish new business partnerships.
  • Understand the dealer groups specific goals and requirements, you will build and maintain relationships with key contacts.

 

Skills & Experience

  • Experience and evidence of selling into the dealer desirable.
  • An in-depth understanding of sales pipelines and of how and when to influence this to maximise conversion rates.
  • Hunter mentality and able to work self-sufficiently if needed
  • Happy to travel and work across all areas of the East/South East.
