Monday to Friday 8.30am – 6.00pm

Suitable candidates would need to understand the automotive industry and have a passion for customer service along with the ability to work on their own initiative and self-motivated.

Key Objectives:

+ Manage the fleet department based at Toyota Gatwick (Crawley)
+ Sell cars and LCV to local businesses with the support of Toyota GB
+ Responsible to deliver targets and department budgets.
+ Prospect business on a regular basis.
+ Deliver an outstanding customer service at all times.
+ To manage and develop staff.
+ To represent Motorline and Toyota in accordance to the brand standards.
+ Prospecting for New business in the local area. Managing Customer accounts.

Requirements:

+ 2 years previous experience within this position is required.
+ Current experience within a main dealership in the Motor Trade would be an advantage but not essential.
+ You must have strong leadership, organisational and motivational skills.
+ Focused self-motivated and target orientated.
+ Can do attitude.
+ High attention to detail.
+ Excellent communication skills. And Excellent Organisational skills.
+ Experience of managing Customer relationships.
+ Prospecting for New business in the local area. Managing Customer accounts.
+ You must have a full manual driving licence with no more than 6 points.
