About the role

Joining us as a Bodyshop Technician will mean carrying out motor vehicle servicing and repairs to approved standards as well as delivering unbeatable customer service every time.

You will ensure that the high quality of body paint preparation and application is consistent throughout process and demonstrate the effective use of PPE and have a broad understanding of body repair techniques. You will ensure effective use of technical knowledge and skills enabling efficient, economic and safe servicing and repair of customer vehicles while building long lasting and effective working relationships with customers and colleagues.

You are responsible for accurately completing repair and service records as well as any other appropriate activities and supporting company policy and best practice. You will analyse work orders carefully to understand a vehicle's condition, the accuracy of the diagnosis, and what work has been agreed to.

About You

You will have a minimum of NVQ Level 3 in Light Vehicle Maintenance and Repair

Full and valid UK driving licence.

Previous experience as a Bodyshop Technician is required.

Must be able to demonstrate a strong attention to detail with regards to high quality paint preparation and the application of approved paint products according to manufacturer's specifications.

Being in a busy workshop, you will have to pay attention to the finer details.
