PJ Rhodes is a long established Vehicle Accident Repair Centre with three branches located in Acocks Green, Sutton Coldfield and Rugby. We are currently looking to appoint a Bodyshop Manager who will work at Acocks Green.

Reporting to the Operations Director, you will be responsible for the growth and development of the business, achieving high customer service levels and maximising profitability. You will lead the team and help develop them in order to create motivated individuals and encourage continuous improvement.

You will engage your team of technicians on a continuous basis, ensuring high standards and quality of repairs are carried out. Maintaining compliance in all areas ensuring all regulations and policies are adhered to and helping identify new business opportunities.

Due to the nature of the job you will need to have a full UK Driving Licence and the relevant qualifications for the job as well as previous experience in the accident repair environment.

In return we offer a competitive salary and continued professional development and training.

Standard Working Hours: 7am-5pm Monday to Friday plus some Saturday mornings

Salary: £35,000 - £40,000 per annum depending on experience

28 days holiday including bank holidays
