Marshall Motor Group, voted in the Great Places to Work are recruiting for Bodyshop Advisor to join our busy Bodyshop in Cambridge.
Maximise Bodyshop profitability through the use of professional sales techniques, whilst enhancing customer awareness of all Bodyshop services.
- Ensure all telephone enquiries and bookings are answered in a courteous, helpful and professional manner
- Carry out general reception duties
- Booking in repairs
- Organising courtesy vehicles
- General administration
- Produce estimates for work to be carried out and invoices for work completed
Required Skills and Experience
This role is well suited to someone with strong communication skills with a real passion for providing complete customer satisfaction. The successful candidate will preferably have a Bodyshop background and a proven track record in increasing Bodyshop profitability.
