Excellent opportunity for a Bodyshop Advisor.
Our client is looking for an experienced Bodyshop Advisor with at least 2 years' current or recent experience as a Bodyshop/Automotive Customer Service Advisor and preferably with some experience in uploading estimates and i-images.
To apply for this role, you must have a strong customer focus and a friendly approach to customers with an engaging personality.
The role will involve liaising with customers both face to face and on the telephone, liaising with other departments within the Bodyshop as well as insurance companies, invoicing.
Candidates should have excellent communication skills, a good telephone manner, and be very well presented.
Experience using Bodyshop management software such as Advance and/or Audatex would be a distinct advantage.
