Position:  BMW Used Car Finance and Insurance Administrator

Location:  Warrington

Salary:       Competitive

Full Time, Permanent position

 

Here at Halliwell Jones (Warrington) Ltd we have an exciting opportunity for a BMW Used Car Finance and Insurance Administrator.  The position is located at our Warrington Centre which is a fantastic modern facility including BMW and MINI Showrooms, Aftersales and Bodyshop.  On offer is a competitive salary and great career progression opportunities.

 

Reporting to the BMW Used Car Sales Manager the purpose of the job is:

·         To undertake financial administrative duties for new and used BMW vehicle sales.

·         Adhere to compliance procedures in terms of data protection, finance application, finance pay out and status disclosure documentation.

·         Fully complete all FCA, SAF and ITC training and ensure that all FCA and Halliwell Jones compliance requirements are met in full.

·         Adhere to policies and procedures as required to ensure the achievement of all sales objectives smoothly and in a timely manner, with specific responsibility for the administration of finance and insurance products.

  •         Negotiate and close the sale of Insurance Products to FCA and Halliwell Jones guidelines.

 

Essential criteria for the position includes:

·         Knowledge of financial packages and insurance products.

·         Excellent customer service and organisation skills.

·         Excellent communication and administrative skills.

·         Reliable and focussed.

·         Excellent attention to detail.

·         Ability to work well under pressure and to tight deadlines.

·         Ability to work within a team environment.

·         Ability to use own initiative.

·         Experience communicating with Senior Management.

·         Ability to work weekends and bank holidays by prior arrangement.

·         Knowledge of Drive and Word package IT experience.

·         Proven record of achieving sales targets and KPI’s in Finance/Insurance position or similar industry.
