BMW & MINI Finance and Insurance Administrator

In order to ensure that we maintain our high standard of customer care we are looking to recruit MINI Finance and Insurance Administrators to join our teams based in Chester.

Reporting to the MINI Sales Managers the purpose of the job is to continuously maintain the standards and criteria required for customer satisfaction.
Essential criteria for the position includes:

  • Excellent administrative and organisation skills.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to sell add-on products. 
  • Reliable and focused.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and to tight deadlines.
  • Ability to work within a team environment.
  • Ability to use own initiative.
  • Experience communicating with Senior Management.
  • Knowledge of Word and Excel package / IT experience.
  • Sales experience.

Knowledge of FCA and financial products would be advantageous.
