Service Administrator, South West London
£22k Basic, £25k OTE
Progress Recruitment Solutions are currently seeking to recruit an experienced Service Administrator on behalf of our client, an established prestige car dealership in the South West London Area.
As an experienced Service Administrator you will be required to provide high levels of customer service during your liaisons with the service front counter, warranty and technical staff. You may be required to cover the service front counter on occasions.
The main role of the position is to ensure the smooth running of the admin side of the aftersales department and providing assistance to the Aftersales Manager.
You will need to be: Organised, friendly and helpful, flexible and able to prioritise a changing ‘to do’ list, detail oriented and accurate, trustworthy and reliable Self-motivated, articulate and a good communicator, good with English (verbally and written), proficient in using a computer (especially Word, Excel and MS Office), able to work in a team.
Experience with Microsoft Excel is essential as is experience using Kerridge dealer management software and invoicing.
Applicants must have recent motor trade main dealer service administration experience.
