Automotive Membership Consultant required - covering Northern England, requiring travel and overnight stays
Full Time, Permanent position
Salary depending on experience, in region of £27-30,000 + company car
25 days holiday + bank holidays
Working within an established field-based membership support team, the role will involve providing enhanced member support through field based visits to Automotive Service Centres (existing members), guiding and supporting members in the use of services and programmes available through their membership.
Develop member engagement;
Providing support to members around membership benefits and services;
Carry out site audits as required;
Manage member expectations;
Assist in supporting members' events, tradeshows and enhance member communication.
Skills & Experience required:
Experience and knowledge of the Automotive Service and Repair sector (such as ex-Service Manager or Garage Owner);
Ability to communicate at all levels;
Full UK driving licence;
Competent with Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel;
Understanding of the day-to-day operation of a vehicle service centre and its business needs;
Self motivation and be able to work from home.
