As a Honda Motorcycle Area Customer Manager (ACM) with the MSXI Global group, you will have the opportunity to work with the biggest motorcycle brand in the world supporting their Dealers to operate efficient and effective aftersales businesses.
The ideal applicant will have dealer network management experience within the motorcycles, as well as a passion for the industry.
This is a field based role covering the South East and East Anglia, therefore you will ideally reside in this area.
You will be responsible for a number of Dealers within a defined territory. Your objective is to deliver the region’s parts, accessories and Hondacare retention products sales targets as well as achievement of operational and customer satisfaction metrics.
Visit and build relationships with key Dealer team members
Identify areas for aftersales business performance improvement
Implement and drive the Honda aftersales development process
Provide on-site coaching in aftersales best practice
Develop Dealer action plans to positively address performance and process gaps
Report to the Honda management team your region strategy, action plans and results
Dealer network management and motorcycle experience is a prerequisite
Working Pattern and location:
40 hours per week (Monday – Friday)
Home based visiting Dealers across the South East and East Anglia
Attend regular meetings at the Honda Headquarters in Bracknell
