A new part-time position has arisen in our Aftersales Call Centre at Bowker Preston BMW & MINI, for a Retention Executive.
The objective of the position is to drive work into our Aftersales department to increase profitability, making inbound and outbound calls to existing BMW and MINI owners with customer satisfaction and retention being the main focus.
The successful candidate will be an excellent communicator who is driven, has an outstanding telephone manner and can demonstrate the following qualities and knowledge:
Previous experience in this or a similar role is essential, and a sales background would be a distinct advantage.
Working days are Wednesdays and Thursdays 8:30am – 5:30pm, with Saturday mornings 8:30am – 12:30pm on a rota basis paid at overtime.
