The Role

As a Reception Manager your role is to oversee the day to day running of the front of house, Managing a team of 5 service advisors, 2 drivers and 2 valeters.

You will be based in our busy Basingstoke dealership and so you must be a well presented, confident, motivated and a target driven person who is good at interacting with people and can represent the company in a professional way.

This role of Reception Manager involves:

Managing a team of 9 people

Drive customer satisfaction.

Customer/booking preparation.

Handling Customer complaints

Cash account management.

Work in Progress management.

Loan vehicle management.

The Person

In the role of Reception Manager you will:

* Have good people management skills

* Keep calm under pressure

* Have good interaction skills

* Have previous face to face direct sales experience, selling either a product or a service within a target driven environment.

* Previous motor trade experience is preferred but is not essential as full training will be given to the right Candidate.
