Purpose of the role

  • The main purpose of the MINI Aftersales Programme Manager – Service is to develop strategies relating to service programmes within MINI UK to develop and improve the Aftersales business and Retailer network. The objectives are to improve the brands Service Retention, Retailer Service and Parts profitability while also increasing overall Service Customer Satisfaction through strategic development of tactical campaigns, initiatives, marketing and programmes


Team Environment

  • Working in the MINI UK Head office you will be part of a vibrant, forward thinking team in a modern fresh-thinking workplace. You will be part of a new and developing Team consisting of around 8 team members including 2 complimentary Aftersales Programme Managers covering Parts and Accessories and 3 Product Development Executives working alongside you to drive, invigorate and develop the MINI Aftersales business and customer ownership lifecycle.

Candidate Responsibilities

•       Development of Service Retention programmes and initiatives

  • Identification of Retailer network Service profit opportunities and creation of business case
  • Programme benchmarking and competitor analysis
  • Market KPI reporting, dashboard development and analysis
  • Identification of Aftersales retention and profitability issues, action items and risks
  • Development of marketing/campaign support  business plan
  • Support OEM promotional field events including network Retailer site visits
  • Monitoring and improvement of Service Customer Satisfaction activity and results reporting to OEM management



Candidate Specification

  • The ideal candidate will have experience in development and implementation of Aftersales programmes
  • A visionary with entrepreneurial flair
  • Analytical, KPI and data driven decision maker
  • Knowledge of customer satisfaction principles
  • Flexible approach to work – forward thinking, self-sufficient, self-starter
  • Ability to develop and build customer and internal relationships
  • Understanding of opportunity development and marketing concepts
  • Demonstrable ability to add value and improve performance
  • Ability to liaise and interact at all levels within the MINI UK and Retailer network
  • Computer literacy, especially Microsoft Office packages such as PowerPoint and Excel

Working hours

  • Full time and prepared to work overtime when needed
