Summary of responsibilities:
Managing a large team of Technicians, Service and Parts Advisors and Support staff
Effective marketing and selling of manufacturer's service plans, warranties, labour hours, parts, accessories, lubricants and subcontracted services to maximise profitability
Monitoring and working to monthly, quarterly and annual objectives
Monitoring customer needs to maintain high levels of customer service and handling customer issues.
