Are you experienced in project management and programme implementation? Do you have experience within a marketing role?
As an Aftersales Coordinator with the MSXI Global group, you will have the opportunity to be part of a highly motivated team delivering after sales business development for our automotive partner, a leading global car manufacturer based in Cork.
Ideally, you will have a proven project management and implementation track record and an understanding of / experience in marketing. You will be required to support all aspects of the aftersales business and be flexible in terms of responsibilities, demonstrating a willingness to support the implementation of new programmes and initiatives with a proven track record for consistently achieving performance targets.
Due to the nature of the work, it would be beneficial if you have experience in automotive aftersales.
Support the Customer Service Division in marketing activities
Gain input from the service field team and communicate campaigns to both them and the dealer network to ensure maximum dealer engagement and participation
Ensure the timely completion, submission and tracking of all financial proposals relating to service marketing communications programmes and ensure that all financial approvals are contained within departmental budgets
Maintain a strong working relationship with Service Field Team, Dealers, marketing agencies and the client
Provide general coordination and project management support at the direction of the Customer Service Division Director
Working Pattern and Location:
Monday – Friday, 40 hours per week
Based in the Henry Ford offices in Cork, Ireland
