An exciting opportunity has arisen to join our busy aftersales contact centre, based at our Poole office, within English Ford.
English Ford is our largest dealership within the group. Our group is spread out across the South-West, with locations in Andover, Salisbury, Southampton, Shaftesbury, Poole, Dorchester, Yeovil, Chard, Taunton and Bridgwater. In this role, though you will be based in Poole, you will be working on behalf of the entire group and liaising with teams from all sites regularly.
In this important, phone-based, role you’ll ensure our customers are well-informed about their service and MOT due dates, as well as any outstanding maintenance that may be necessary on their vehicle. Our key aim is to retain our customer base, by providing them with accurate information and a pleasant and trustworthy experience throughout their journey.

Hours: 10:00-18:00 Monday – Friday with half an hour lunch breaks (37.5 hours)
