Vehicle Lining Services is part of Guest Motors Limited. A family run business that has been successfully running since 1915. Our aim is to provide the highest quality automotive service to all our customers and stake holders through fair and understanding interactions.
Vehicle lining Services moved to larger premises in Hinckley in the last quarter of 2020 and are expanding rapidly. We are looking for a highly motivated administrator to join our office team. Must have good computer skills including Microsoft.
Administrator Specification:
The position is to offer administrative and secretarial support to the office manager and sales manager. Your will perform duties such as CRM data entry, purchase orders, job cards and invoicing.
Work Experience:
● Ideally three years of administrative experience.
● Experience with drafting/writing communications to various stakeholders.
● Excellent oral and written communication skills.
● Strong organizational skills and able to work independently with little supervision.
● Proficiency in 2010 Microsoft Office Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Access.
● Experience preferred, but not required. Testing of skill level may be required as part of the interview process.
