Working in our busy vehicle administration department, the ideal candidate will be responsible for ordering and progressing new vehicle orders, submitting customer finance proposals, generating contracts, arranging deliveries to our end users, handling customer queries, updating electronic databases and dealing with general administration duties.

The ideal candidate will have experience of working in an administration role, preferably in a high volume dealership or finance company. Excellent communication skills, computer literacy and a strong attention to detail are also essential to the role.

The position is not for the faint hearted due to the high volume of vehicles we order. You will be expected to be self-motivated and work as part of a team.

Desired Skills & Experience

Excellent communication skills when dealing with people in person/on the phone or in writing

Gathering, recording and/or reporting of information

Experience of handling client issues and enquiries

Completion of mail duties

Experience in filing and updating records

High-quality customer care to ensure customers, dealers and finance partners are satisfied with the service they receive

IT and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) proficient

Good organisational skills and ability to prioritise workload
