To support all aspects of the Accounts function within the dealership. Including banking and allocation of receipts, sales and vehicle ledger, credit control, purchase ledger reconciliation and balance sheet controls. Ensuring all dealership payments are received and processed in line with company standards.To support all aspects of the Accounts function within the dealership. Ensuring all dealership payments are received and processed in line with company standards. Provide occasional holiday / sickness cover to the Sales Admin role within the Dealership.
Successful applicants will possess and be able to offer;
Competent knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Word and Excel
Have excellent communication, organisation and interpersonal skills
Have high levels of attention to detail and time management skills
Passion and ability to deliver an outstanding guest experience
Enthusiastic, friendly and helpful
