Account Manager (Third Parties) - Leasing
Working for an FN50 leasing company, your role is to manage the relationships of ancillary product providers in collaboration with the internal sales teams to fully contribute to the achievement of the company’s existing targets. You will maximise sales & profitability through the provision of excellent customer service & account management.
Main tasks and responsibilities:
To meet the business defined targets for allocated portfolio of Third Party managed and direct clients & maximise sales of ancillary products.
To ensure that customer requirements are fully specified, understood & communicated & that service levels meet customer expectations.
To ensure all customer and third party relationships are retained, through the effective implementation of long term strategic planning.
To keep up to date with legislative, industry and product developments in order to provide appropriate advice to customers.
Build effective relationships with key stakeholders across their business.
Deliver bespoke solutions which meet the stated ambitions of customers and adds depth and value to the overall relationship.
To work closely with the New Business team to assist with customer prospecting & new account implementation.
To keep the company informed on all relevant customer activity – both risks and opportunities.
To provide regular & accurate reporting as required on activity and maintain the CRM database.
To ensure that customer actions & requirements are communicated regularly & effectively across the company.
To liaise with other departments to resolve customer queries.
To adhere to regulatory requirements and to ensure success at audit.
To own the renewals process, through the Customer Service Executives, ensuring that all renewals are progressed to conclusion.
To visit third party intermediaries & customers, as appropriate, to ensure that all business & customer objectives are met.
To provide guidance & support as appropriate to colleagues around the wider business.
To be flexible in carrying out any other such duties as the company may reasonably expect from time to time.

· Vehicle industry knowledge
