Are you driven, enthusiastic and results driven? Do you have a passion for automotive, problem solving and relationship building?

As the Accessory Sales Development Manager within MSXI Global group, you will have a fantastic opportunity to work closely with a high prestige brand, identifying sales opportunities within the Retailer network, creating targeted marketing campaigns, providing showroom recommendations, identifying upsell opportunities, driving accessories sales through demos, point of sale and marketing within the retailers, and coaching best practices and process improvements.

This is a field-based role covering Southeast and London regions of UK with monthly meetings at Head Office in Hampshire.

 

More about the role:

  • Support communication strategy with team from business owner and program manager

  • Take responsibility for own diary management– liaising with the Retailer, Project Manager and the Brand to ensure that commitments to the  Retailers, Brand and MSXI are maintained

  • Responsible for Accessory sales growth for Retailers within a designated area

  • Undertake Accessory Sales Business Reviews and Retailer Assessments – reviewing all operational and financial elements of the Sales and Aftersales departments identifying potential for performance improvement

  • Recognition and Collation of best practices with subsequent network roll out

  • Supporting the retailer network with bespoke marketing campaigns / incentives / showroom improvements to help drive sales

  • Support the Brand with the delivery of projects and initiatives conceived to increase Accessory and Lifestyle sales through new/revised processes, new technology etc.

  • Provide the Retail network with a support ‘channel’ for all accessory related queries and topics

  • Regularly provide Retailer feedback on initiatives, concepts, marketing campaigns, new products etc. to the Brand

  • Produce comprehensive, but succinct, business review findings/reporting with quarterly performance presentations / findings / recommendations

  • Demonstration of understanding for value add activities and clear measurements / forecasting and results

  • Document the ‘output’ of all Retailer visits through a documented SMART Action Plans and Visit Report, identifying key sales drivers and initiatives.

  • Present report and action plan to Retailer senior management and staff, gaining acceptance and buy-in of their responsibilities

  • Provide remote support between coaching visits

  • Ensure effective communication and feedback at all times with: Head Office, Regional and District Management, MSX Programme Management, MSX Support functions

  • Be pro-active around working with the Retailer on developing new ideas and initiatives, feeding these into the key stakeholders within the Brand and as required, assistance with deployment

  • Identify areas for collaboration across the wider aftersales department both internally and externally

  • Adherence to CI brand guidelines in all communication

 

Working Pattern and location:

  • Field based role covering Southeast and London regions of UK with monthly meetings at Head Office in Hampshire

  • Monday to Friday
