Service advisors are responsible for liaising between a customer and the mechanic servicing their vehicle, to ensure their vehicle is serviced to a high standard.
Job roles tend to be based within dealerships or at independent workshops or garages. They form part of the customer services team and require a great deal of product knowledge, strong communication skills to deal with customers and colleagues effectively and selling skills.
