An automotive sales manager leads a team of automotive sales executives who are responsible for selling vehicles. Most sales managers will work for a car dealership.
Responsibilities might include setting targets for the sales team and motivating and guiding team members to reach these targets. Other responsibilities include managing customer relationships and developing new sales leads.
