We are based in Somerset, however we meet all clients and candidates where possible, we offer an out of hours contact number and interview at locations throughout the country, (days / evenings and weekends). All candidates are screened by telephone, qualifications verified; references obtained and when interviewed face to face are profiled or assessed using competency recruitment frameworks. Our shortlisted candidates are submitted with full interview notes, summary briefs and where appropriate skills test results, CRB, copies of references and credit checks.
