Motor Trade Sales Manager, Leamington Spa, Warwickshire
£50k OTE
Motor Trade Jobs / Automotive Vacancies:
Our client, a main car dealership are looking for a Sales Manager to run their busy automotive sales department.
You will need to already have experience in a successful car sales department and be either a Sales Manager already or a Senior Exec looking to push to the next level you will be:
* able to demonstrate the ability to motivate and train your sales team
* target driven and eager to earn
* an excellent communicator with management and leadership skills
* be comfortable resolving queries from other departments and the general public
* able to combine great service with excellent sales figures in all areas.
You will be rewarded with a good salary and excellent earning potential, career prospects and manufacture training.
You must have sales manager experience from within the motor trade to be considered for this position.
