Car Sales Manager
My well established and reputable client is looking for an experienced Sales Manager to over see their new car department based in Guildford.
You will be responsible for several sales executives and a sales controller / business manager.
The right candidate must be strong willed and be able to control an established sales team. The right candidate must also be able to show a successful Automotive Sales management career, have the drive and ability to exceed targets, stock control, develop and train sales executives.
The salary will be around OTE of 50k though with the right attitude and drive this can easily be more. This will also include benefits such as car, fuel, pensions, health care etc.
