Experienced Motor Trade Sales Manager required in the Suffolk area.
£25-30k / OTE £35k
Our client requires a Motor Trade Sales Manager for a successful car dealership.
The successful candidate should have previous experience in a management role within a controlled selling environment in the automotive industry.
Your duties will include: -
Monitoring and encouraging the team,
Being responsible for training and motivating a team of experienced sales executives,
Compiling and analysing sales figures.
You must be able to demonstrate strong control with the sales process and stock. You must also be able to motivate, have an outstanding sales record and be highly organised.
