My client, based within the Southampton area, are currently recruiting for a General Manager this presents an ideal opportunity to join the group in a prime location.

Situated in Southampton location, this dealership requires a highly experienced General Manager.

With a targets of :

550 

·         USED UNITS
600

·         CORPORATE
410

With 80 staff and financial turnover of £55million, the ideal candidate will have a proven track record in successfully running a large dealership.

The ideal candidate will currently be a successful General Sales Manager, committed to achieving excellence and must be capable of generating impressive results by increasing sales, profitability and operating efficiency.  You will be able to demonstrate that you share the company values and possess strong leadership, communication and organisational skills. 

Your role will be to drive the business forward and maximise customer satisfaction whilst motivating and managing the sales team.  Responsible for the purchase, preparation and display of vehicles, you will also be able to manage and develop relationships with manufacturers, customers and colleagues across the group. 

You will demonstrate commercial awareness, profit orientation and the ability to inspire the sales team to ensure they remain focused on customer satisfaction. You should be an established motor industry professional and must be FSA approved.
