Experienced General Car Sales Manager ref: AM/1874/0808
My client is seeking an experienced General Sales Manager to join their successful team and help drive the brand forward.
The successful candidate should have previous experience within a GSM position or have a number of years experience within a sales management role in a Main Dealership in the automotive industry.
Your duties will include: -
You will be expected to lead and motivate your team and ensure the successful achievement of the targets set. Customer satisfaction is paramount.
You must be able to demonstrate strong control with the sales process and stock. You must also be able to train and motivate a team of experienced sales executives, have an outstanding sales record and be highly organised. You will be responsible for Devising a marketing plan and setting sales targets also compiling and analysing sales figures.
This is an exciting opportunity for the successful candidate, as this position offers a negotiable salary (dependant on experience) as well as excellent benefits.
