A regional automotive retailer is seeking an experienced Sales Manager for one of their specialist dealerships in Merseyside. 

JOB DESCRIPTION:
As part of the management team, your overall objective will be to effectively manage a sales department.  You will be responsible for assisting the General Manager in formulating new and used car sales policies, maximising sales and profitability through satisfaction and retention of customers, develop the necessary sales organisation to meet sales and profitability objectives, ensure optimum stock of cars on premises and/or on order and to ensure cost control to budget within the department.

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
To be considered for this role, our client is looking for an experienced, proactive and enthusiastic Sales Manager with sound administration and man-management skills and a good grasp of profitable used car retailing. Current experience in a similar role in a main franchise dealership is essential. 

BENEFITS

£25,000-£30,000 basic, OTE circa £45,000
