Motor Trade Sales Manager/Sales Controller Required in Preston, Lancashire. Salary £25-30k + Bonus Monday-Friday 09:00-18:00 Saturdays on Rota Motor Trade Jobs / Automotive Vacancies: Our client requires an Automotive Car Sales Manager/Sales Controller to join their well established main car dealership. The successful candidate should have previous experience in a management role within a Main Dealership in the automotive industry. Your duties will include: - Being responsible for training and motivating a team of experienced sales executives, Devising a marketing plan and setting sales targets, Monitoring and encouraging the team, Compiling and analysing sales figures. You must be able to demonstrate strong control with the sales process and stock. You must also be able to motivate, have an outstanding sales record and be highly organised.
