My Client is an established car dealer/importer based in East Africa; they have recently been awarded an additional franchise and are now seeking an experienced General Manager. Responsibilities Implementing and setting-up of departments, systems, processes and dealer systems Recruiting, training, mentoring and development of staff Build an excellent relationship with the manufacturer Agree architects drawings with the shareholders and manufacturer in relation to the building of a fully fledged 4S facility. Agree pricing structures with manufacturer Agree supplier terms/rates Ultimately, create a highly professional, organised and profitable dealership.
