Car Sales Controller-Top Main Car Dealership-Hertfordshire
£15000-£16,000 Basic Ote £40,000
We have an excellent and exciting opportunity available for an experienced Car Sales Controller /Transaction Manager for one of our highly successful Main Franchised Car Dealership based in Hertfordshire. The duties of the Sales Controller/ Transaction Manager will be to oversee the sale of new & used vehicles through the effective motivation and leadership of the sales team. You will need to have a proven motor trade sales background with a minimum of three-four experience as a Sales Controller/Transaction Manager or be a successful Car Sales Executive with a solid work and proven work history who is looking to progress into a management position. A full UK driving licence and FSA accreditation are both essential for this role. You will also need to have a strong people focused personality, be a confident and organised individual who is able to motivate a small team to exceed targets including volume, profit and customer satisfaction. It will also be essential that you are able to ensure that a strong sales process is followed in order to maximise sales of vehicles, finance, insurance and accessories
