GENERAL MANAGER £90,000 OTE KENT My clients, a prestige dealership based in the Kent area, are seeking an experience General Manager/Dealer Principal to join their team. ROLE PURPOSE To take overall responsibility for the day-to-day management of the Dealership, ensuring you protect the investment of the manufacturer to maximise return. In addition, you will ensure that the Dealership is operated in line with the manufacturer's policies. You will be expected to deliver a consistently high experience in order to maximise sales profits and profit opportunities within the dealership by exceeding all external and internal customer expectations. You will manage employees to maximise their performance, efficiency & development. It is also expected that you will ensure all employees are treated respectfully and offered the opportunity to do their best every day.
