A national automotive retail group is seeking a highly experienced New & Used Car Sales Controller to help drive the business forward at one of their specialist volume dealerships in Buckinghamshire.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
As Sales Controller you will report directly to the Sales Manager and assist him in overseeing the new and used sales operation of the dealership. You will be responsible for maximising profitability per unit sales, exploring sales opportunities and managing all sales enquiries. You will help direct and motivate a sales team whilst implementing effective sales plans, advising customers of finance and insurance products and services, monitoring payments, managing finance agreements, working to meet and exceed sales targets and ensuring the whole sales experience is delivered to every customer.
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
The successful applicant will have current experience in a similar role, be very hands-on and willing to be fully involved in all aspects of the role.
Volume experience is also essential as is the ability to lead and motivate a sales team.
BENEFITS:
circa £20,000 basic, OTE £45,000 + car
