Motor Trade Regional Sales Manager required in Reading, Berkshire.
Salary: £35-45k
Our Client, a Commercial Group of Dealerships requires a Regional Sales Manager.
The ideal candidate will be an excellent Team Manager and have a proven track record in managing a sales team
Your duties will include: -
Monitoring and encouraging the team,
Being responsible for training and motivating a team of experienced sales executives,
Compiling and analysing sales figures.
You must be able to demonstrate strong control with the sales process and stock. You must also be able to motivate, have an outstanding sales record and be highly organised.
