We are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic General Sales Manager to join a leading automotive retailer at one of their specialist dealerships in Bedfordshire. 

JOB DESCRIPTION:

As General Sales Manager you will be responsible for achieving and exceeding the planned volumes and profitability of the sales department.  Managing the purchase, preparation and display of vehicles is key and you will be expected to develop relationships with manufacturer partners, customers and colleagues within each department across the group. You will also need to utilise your leadership skills to effectively manage and motivate a team of sales staff.

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

Our client is looking for a current top class Sales Manager with 3-4 years sales management experience in a main franchise dealership. The successful candidate will be able to inspire and motivate a sales team, ensuring they remain totally customer-focused and offer a good customer service practice.

BENEFITS:
£25,000 - £30,000 basic, OTE £40,000 - £45,000 + car
