SALES MANAGER KABUL, AFGHANISTAN ££ COMPETITIVE
Key responsibilities of the post:
oBased in Kabul, Afghanistan, reporting to the Country Manager and the Regional Dealership Development Manager in Thailand
oResponsible for overall strategic management and leadership in Afghanistan
oTo plan, implement, and manage the sales program, activities and initiatives under limited supervision
o Manage all strategic, operational and administrative aspects of the Sales unit.
oTo perform direct customer sales in key areas; promote and maintain customer relations with major accounts. (US Army, United Nations, Etc )
o To achieve annual sales targets.
o To oversee all facets of the daily operations of the organizational unit, ensuring compliance with standards.
o To provide market research and analysis; prepare research-based reports and sales forecasts for the management.
o Develop and manage annual sales and operating budgets, and regularly monitor sales performance to budget parameters.
o To assume responsibility for all publicity, advertising, direct mail, catalogues, exhibits, awards, title sub-right activities, and website management for the company.
o To represent the company at conferences, meetings, exhibits, and other special events; promote new and existing programs and initiatives.
