Our client a well respected Fleet Management Solution Company has an excellent opportunity for a Busimess Devlopment Manger to join their successful organisation.
Duties;
To contribute to the development and implementation of marketing, sales policy and strategy
To understand, develop and maintain the Venson partnership philosophy
To identify and optimise opportunities for the sale of bespoke fleet solutions and services to prospective clients
To achieve the annually agreed sales level target set by the Head of Business Development
To forecast, monitor and evaluate sales performance
Apply agreed strategies for the promotion of services to prospective clients
To create and implement Account Management plans for clients
To establish, maintain and develop working relationships with clients
To manage, support and monitor, alongside the Account Manager, the performance of the Account Executives ensuring that they have the ability and knowledge required to perform their role with optimum commitment and competence in a proactive manner.
To actively encourage and contribute to team participation in pursuit of business development
To evaluate and identify future business development opportunities with existing clients
Recognise and value the importance of diversity of thought and each person's unique contribution to the team and Group, regardless of the individual's background. Treats all individuals with dignity and respect
Sales experience within a contract hire/fleet management environment would be desirable.
