Job Description

An excellent opportunity for a motor trade Service Administrator/Service Advisor to join a busy main dealership.

As an automotive Service Advisor you will be reporting directly to the service manager and will be responsible for customer care and bookings of vehicles in for service and repair this will include making customers welcome at service reception in a warm and professional manner and qualify their needs.

You will also be dealing with customer queries both over the phone and face-to-face, organizing bookings, courtesy cars, invoicing etc. The successful candidate will be customer service and results driven.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a fast moving motor trade dealership where the rewards are high. Your duties will also include covering the service admin desk when needed.
