Our client, a large volume franchise are looking for a Qualified Master Technician to work and control their busy workshop.
Daily duties will include:
Training and developing technical team with latest information and equipment. Personally dealing with complex technical customer concerns.
Primary contact and liaison with Product Support.
Workshop loading to maximise efficiency.
Productivity and performance analysis and feedback.
