Job Description

Busy department requiring an experienced administrator with experience on Kerridge.  You should be able to produce an accurate invoice/claim to allow prompt payment, to provide effective day to day workshop administration from job card to invoice, to encompass a supportive role within general aftersales activities.
You would report to the Aftersales Manager and be responsible for:- Audit job card packs in line with manufacturer guidelines, prepare and administer esculabs and 1Link system, obtain and update order numbers, to resolve account queries within 14 days of receipt, maximise available hours to ensure sold hours targets are achieved, accurately administer job card packs to assist in achieving targeted WIP level, to respond to queries from Central Admin within 24 hours,
ensure all claims submission timeframes are adhered to,
