Motor Trade Service Advisor- Prestige Van Centre - Surrey Salary: £18k - £20k + OTE £23k Location: Surrey Our client a well renowned and highly successful Prestige Van Centre based in the Surrey area requires a Service Advisor with one to two years recent service advisor experience to work within their busy Service department. You will need to be a confident relationship builder at all levels, able to influence and advise customers on minor technical issues whilst delivering a first class service but also achieving the company objectives and targets Working in team environment alongside one other you will be responsible for providing a pro-active service to customers requesting to schedule their vehicles in for a service, maintenance or repair work and arranging where necessary a courtesy vehicle. You will be greeting customers in to the service department, extensive liaison with the workshop to chase work in progress, keeping customers informed, and gaining authorisation for any additional work to be carried out. You will take ownership of customer queries and resolve all issues through to your customers satisfaction. You will be dealing with collections and deliveries, costing and invoicing.
